熊本に行くならここの蕎麦を食べて！と食通の知人からの強い一言。
行って来ました、「雪花山房」（せっかさんぼう）。
熊本市内の真ん中にあるとは思えない静かな佇まい

The potter's ware are very beautiful
鴨南蛮そば ￥1700です。
鴨も肉厚だし、お蕎麦も香りが良く、美味しい〜

そば湯の金の入れ物、これ、ずっしり重かったです
Soba-yu,hot warter left after boiling buckwheat noodle, is also compliment,
so you can enjoy it with your dessert!
