バレンタインディナーと称して私が以前から気になっていた和食のお店に主人と行って来ました。
福岡市今泉にある”大どころ”。隠れ家ですね〜
今日はコースでお願いしています。
まずはお刺身。
春らしい美しい盛りつけには梅の花が
お魚も新鮮で１切れ１切れが厚めで歯ごたえがあり、美味です〜


Daidokoro, the Japanese or washoku restaurant in Imaizumi, Fukuoka draw people's attention these days,
so I visited there the other day.
Prix-fixe menu starts with a set of raw fish or Sashimi.
Decorated with plum blossoms, all the raw fish are very fresh and tastes good!



ホタルイカ、タイラギ貝も大好きです。日本酒によく合います

Firefly squid and razor clam are very nice and go with Japanese Sake nicely.



本日のメインの鰆。炭火でじっくり焼かれていて外はパリッ、中はしっとりさすが職人の技です。付け合わせの地元のお野菜達も味が濃くて、お味噌とよく合います

Main dish is Spanish mackerel or sawara, broiled over the charcoal fire, so the surface is perfectly browned and inside is soft,
this is what we call craftsmanship
Added vegetables as a relish are local and has a robust flavor, nice with handmade Miso or soybean paste.



鯛のしゃぶしゃぶも身がしっかりしていて上品なお味でした。しかしこの頃にはもうおなかがいっぱい〜〜
Large hot pot dish with sea bream is very elegant in taste. I am so full!



和食にはやっぱり日本酒が合いますね。色々な種類をいただきましたが、美味しかったのはこれ。
稲里純米。茨城のお酒です。
Japanese Sake goes well with Japanese food, and we had some kinds of sake,
here is the best one I had today,
its Inasato junmai, from Ibaraki prefecture.
